Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, you may contact our Customer Service Department and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Returns within thirty (30) days of purchase will be subject to an exchange, credit, or refund at our discretion. Products returned for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging and must be complete and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damage and use a shipper who can provide you with proof of delivery. Our return policy is a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees)., as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, we will process your return / exchange request. The request after 30 days will not be honored. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed. Please make sure you contact us by email first (info@ipwrpro.com).

1. Return & Exchange Conditions
● Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

● Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

● All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

● When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

2. Non-returnable items:
● Damage / loss caused by customers is not refundable.

4. General return process:
●   Initiate a return: write to us at info@ipwrpro.com with product photos and / or videos and tell us your order number. Our customer service staff will determine eligibility for a refund request within 3 business days.

●   Return the item: If your return is approved, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to ship your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).

●   Refund or Exchange: After receiving the return / exchange, we will inspect the item within 2 business days, then provide replacement or refund.

5. Return Fee:
●   No processing fee charged to consumers for returning a product.

●   If the return/exchange is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, product quality problems), we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. We will pay shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

●   If the return/exchange is due to a buyer problem (such as: I don't like the item / want it, ordered the wrong product / size), the buyer pays the return/exchange shipping fee and we will not refund the original shipping cost .

●   If the product returned by the customer is damaged or lost in transit, we will contact the customer by mail within two business days to confirm the problem with the customer. If the customer requests a refund, we will deduct 20% of the order price and provide the customer with a partial refund.

6. Refunds:
● After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. If accepted, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

●   If you don't receive your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a while for your return to be officially posted. If you've done all of these and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@ipwrpro.com.

7. Order cancellation:
● We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If payment has been completed and your shipment has not been shipped, you may cancel your order prior to item delivery. We will refund the full amount of money.

●   Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

8. Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please contact us to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).

2. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.

3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
